Session fees

For those on low incomes I offer the possibility of sessions at a reduced fee. Please contact me in advance if this is required.

High earners (own company, very good income, high passive income from assets or investments,…) are asked to adjust the fee independently after the following consideration:

• What was the value of our session for you?
• How much would you have to charge yourself if you could offer a maximum of 3-4 such sessions per day?

No payment is required in advance to book an appointment. Payment is made after the session by bank transfer (preferred), cash by registered mail or Paypal.

If required, you will receive an invoice for the service after the session. The invoice will be net, as it is VAT-exempt in accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (Kleinunternehmer-Regelung). Unfortunately, it is not possible to submit this service to a statutory or private health insurance company.

Details about the session

At the moment, I only offer meetings via online video conference. For this is either use the free software “ZOOM” or “Opentalk”. You will receive an email with an access link for our appointment in advance.

You will need either a computer, tablet or smartphone for the online session. A device with a larger screen is advantageous. The computer or smartphone should have a camera so that you are clearly visible to me. During the session, the device you are using should be positioned stably in front of you so that your hands are free. Please test the functionality of your devices before our session to avoid unnecessary delays.

You will receive further recommendations for your preparation before our session by e-mail after booking an appointment.

Voluntary refund if your are not satisfied

With regard to my services, I offer a voluntary refund of 50% of the full price of a session up to 14 days after our appointment. No reasons need to be given for not liking the session. Sessions at a reduced fee are excluded from this. For accounting reasons, only the return of the partial amount must be acknowledged by you.

Cancellation of appointments

Appointments can be canceled without reason 48 hours before the start of the session. In the event of illness or other important reasons (death in the immediate family, etc.), appointments can also be canceled until shortly before the session.

In all other cases, as well as in the case of no-shows, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the session fee.
